Prices for 2008 Out-of-season weeks at just £210 or £35 per night (min. 4 nights) will be: w/c Jan 5, 12, 19, 26; Feb 2, 9, 16, 23; Mar 1, 8, 15; Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29; Dec 6, 13. The rest of the year, 1 week prices - including all electricity, heating, towels and linen, and commencing Saturday - will be (£/GBP):

We regret that due to space limitations children and dogs cannot be accommodated, and we cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Smoking is not allowed in the Cottage.

How to book Contact us by e-mail or phone to find out if your chosen dates are available. You will then receive a Booking Form. A deposit of £100 per week is payable immediately on confirmation of the booking.

Normally this is non-returnable within 28 days of the start of the booked period unless the Cottage can be re-let. Please note that cancelled bookings originally made through the Tourist Information Centres and VisitScotland.com are subject to full payment of the 10% booking fee.

The full amount owed is payable not later than 28 days before the start of the booked period. Cheques should be made payable to E Corcoran or you can now pay by debit/credit card (£5 charge) - ask for details.
